Pre-Ordering with us only guarantee your order, it does not mean you will get your item before everyone else. We cannot control when we get our shipment from our vendors, however, by placing your pre-order with us, you're guaranteed your pre-order even if it is sold out everywhere else. Pre-Order Policy
- Please DO NOT PRE-ORDER if you're not willing to wait.
We cannot guarantee the exact dates of any pre-ordered items as they are subject to delays by the manufacturer. However, we will do our best to keep our customers up-to-date with any information about delays as it becomes available to us.
You will be charge at the time of order to ensure the reservation of your order.
If ordering a set or multiple pre-order items, shipping will commence once all item in your order are in stock. If you would like to have them sent as they arrive please contact us, and a $6 shipping fee will charged for all addition shipments outside out the original order.

- We understand how it is to shop online, so you can cancel your order for FREE within the first 48 hours of purchase. Any cancellation after the 48 hours period will incur a 20% CANCELLATION FEE.
When you pre-order with us, we guarantee the reservation of your order. Due to the limited nature for some of our products, we cannot guarantee restocks after they are sold out.
